Workstream brief

The Friday launch is still the plan. Review has moved from Tuesday to Thursday, leaving less time for final copy approval.

Approval is closer to launch

The team agreed to review on Thursday, October 8. Final copy still needs approval before Friday’s launch.

The smaller launch is a proposal

A smaller launch was discussed, but no scope change was approved. The readiness check keeps the original scope.

A place to repair, and a reason to return

Start with the kind of afternoon you want

The repair café began as a way to keep useful things out of the bin. But the conversation kept returning to a second purpose: giving neighbours a place to learn from one another. That changes what a successful first event would look like. A busy queue may get more objects through the door, while a quieter table gives someone time to understand the repair and try it themselves.

Try a different afternoon

A drop-in afternoon lowers the barrier to joining. People can bring an item when it suits them, although volunteers need a clear way to manage the queue and explain when a repair cannot be finished.

Neither format solves the question of space on its own. The library is easier to find, but its opening hours limit the afternoon. The workshop offers more room and equipment, with a less familiar entrance. Choosing the venue means choosing which of those constraints the first event can comfortably work around.

Sample mobile flow plays automatically: Record a meeting, browse Library folders in Notes, select a Note for bulk actions, search its content, read its takeaways and summary, then open a Workstream to compare earlier and recent Note evidence. In this example, the pilot is planned for October 24 and the welcome screen moves from unfinished to ready for review. The page animation control pauses playback. Reduced motion shows a finished Note without animation.

Questions

What Vyxora does with your material.

Vyxora helps you make notes from recordings, transcripts, and documents, then find details across them later.

What can Vyxora turn into notes?

Add an audio recording, paste text or a transcript, or upload a PDF, Word document, or PowerPoint presentation. Multilingual PDF scans are supported, with extracted text available to review. Vyxora organizes the material according to the mode you choose.

What is included in AI meeting notes?

Meeting mode pulls the discussion into a readable summary, key topics, decisions, blockers, owners, action items, follow-ups, a transcript, and a visual map.

How does Vyxora organize study notes?

Study mode turns a lecture or reading into structured notes, finds the main concepts and definitions, connects related topics in a map, and creates a review checklist.

Can I search my Notes without asking a question?

Yes. Search titles, summaries, Note sections, and transcripts for words or phrases, then open the matching passage. Keep Notes in folders, pin what you use often, and archive older Notes while keeping them searchable. Ask your notes is a separate conversation with an explicit All Notes or Selected Notes scope.

Can I ask questions across several notes?

Yes. Ask one completed Note, ask across all your completed Notes or a selected set, or group related Notes in a Workstream and ask what changed or remains unresolved.

Can I check where an answer came from?

The Notes behind an answer stay close by. Open them to read the original passages and check the answer for yourself.

Does Vyxora need to join a live call?

Vyxora works from the recordings, transcripts, notes, and documents you choose to add. You can capture a conversation with the tool you already use and bring the result into Vyxora.
