Introduction and acceptance
By visiting vyxora.app, creating an account, uploading content, or using any Vyxora feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vyxora. These Terms apply to the public site, the Vyxora workspace, and any Vyxora mobile application distributed through an app store or made available directly by us.
Eligibility
You may use Vyxora only if you can legally enter into these Terms and are not prohibited from receiving the service under applicable law. Vyxora is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Vyxora only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If a higher minimum age applies where you live, that age applies.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials and devices secure, and activity under your account. Do not share access in a way that defeats account or workspace controls. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Early access and beta features
Vyxora is currently in early access and may include beta, preview, experimental, or limited features. Features, limits, generated results, pricing, and availability may change, be restricted, or be removed without notice. Early-access features may contain errors and may not be supported at the same level as generally available features. Do not use Vyxora as your only copy of important records or for emergency, safety-critical, or time-sensitive decisions.
Service description
Vyxora is an AI meeting and knowledge platform. Depending on availability, the service may accept recordings, notes, documents, transcripts, or other source material and may return structured notes, summaries, maps, tasks, study materials, search results, workstream information, or assistant answers. General, Meeting, and Study analysis modes may organize information differently. We may set usage limits, impose file or content requirements, or change how a feature works as the service develops.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you already have in recordings, transcripts, notes, documents, and other content you submit. You must have the right to upload and process that content, including any required permission from people whose voices or personal information it contains. You grant Vyxora a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and transform your content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the service, including through service providers acting for Vyxora. You are responsible for the content you submit and should keep copies of important originals.
AI features and outputs
AI-generated summaries, transcripts, maps, tasks, and answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. Vyxora does not guarantee that an output is correct, complete, current, unique, or suitable for your situation. Outputs may contain mistakes, omit context, attribute words to the wrong speaker, or reflect errors in the source material. Review outputs before relying on them. They are not legal, medical, financial, employment, educational, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vyxora to violate law or another person’s rights, upload content you do not have permission to use, collect or expose sensitive information without a lawful reason, distribute malware or harmful code, send spam, impersonate someone, or harass or abuse others. You also may not interfere with the service, probe, scan, or bypass security, scrape the service abusively, reverse engineer or copy material except where law permits, resell or sublicense access without permission, or use outputs to make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review. We may investigate suspected misuse and take action to protect users and the service.
Third-party services
Vyxora depends on third-party services for functions such as authentication, hosting, storage, email, transcription, and AI processing. Their availability and terms may affect Vyxora, and Vyxora is not responsible for a third party’s independent products or policies. Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s terms.
Intellectual property
Vyxora, its software, design, name, logos, interfaces, documentation, and materials supplied by Vyxora are owned by Vyxora or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of it. You may not remove proprietary notices or copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Vyxora except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law. If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow Vyxora to use them without restriction or payment, while your submitted content remains yours.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material available through Vyxora infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the work you believe was infringed, the relevant Vyxora location or description, your contact information, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. We may remove or restrict material and may suspend repeat infringers where appropriate.
Fees and payment
Vyxora offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed at the price and interval shown before checkout and renew automatically until canceled. A promotional trial may require a payment method. No subscription charge is due during the stated trial period, and the paid plan begins at the disclosed price when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Taxes may apply. Unless a separate written refund policy says otherwise, charges are non-refundable to the extent allowed by law.
Mobile apps and app stores
If you use a mobile app or app store version of Vyxora, the app store provider may impose its own terms and requirements. The app store provider is not responsible for maintaining Vyxora or providing support for Vyxora’s service. Your use of the app remains subject to these Terms, and any app-store-specific rules apply only to the relationship between you and that provider.
Availability and termination
Vyxora is under active development and may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the service will always preserve a particular feature, source, or output. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security reasons, legal requirements, nonpayment of a future paid service, or operational reasons. You may stop using Vyxora and request account deletion through available controls or by contacting [email protected]. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and general terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vyxora is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that Vyxora will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant that generated content will meet your requirements or that the service will preserve every submission or result. You use Vyxora at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vyxora and the individual developer operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to Vyxora or these Terms. To the fullest extent allowed by law, total liability for all claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Vyxora in the preceding 12 months or $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable law prohibits that limitation.
Indemnification
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vyxora and the individual developer operating it from reasonable losses, claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of another person’s rights. We may take over the defense of a claim covered by this section, and you agree to cooperate. You may not settle a covered claim in a way that admits fault or imposes an obligation on Vyxora without our consent.
Governing law and disputes
Utah law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to Vyxora or these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court located in Utah, and you consent to that court’s jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another forum or gives you a non-waivable right to proceed elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact [email protected] so we have a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Vyxora, our features, or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of Vyxora after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using Vyxora.
General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented for a particular feature are the complete agreement between you and Vyxora about the service. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. Vyxora may transfer them as part of a business reorganization, merger, or sale. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by your use of Vyxora.
